Fully Remote BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Job Overview
Center For Autism Resources & Education LLC, currently rebranding to Bridge Behavioral Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Fully Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing behavioral health organization serving children and families throughout the Portland metro area.
We are a Black and women-led organization currently providing in-home ABA therapy services while expanding toward a future hybrid and center-based model. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely while helping shape a growing ABA program focused on culturally responsive, family-centered, and individualized care.
The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities through evidence-based behavioral interventions, collaborative family support, and meaningful treatment planning.
Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual behavioral assessments and individualized treatment planning
• Provide remote supervision and support to RBT staff
• Monitor client progress through data collection and treatment review
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and support teams to ensure consistent care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
• Conduct parent collaboration and caregiver support meetings virtually
• Assist with ongoing program development and clinical quality improvement
Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral intervention strategies
• Comfortable providing remote supervision and telehealth support services
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Oregon licensure or eligibility preferred

Position Details
• Fully remote position
• Part-time flexible schedule
• Approximately 15–25 hours weekly
• $75–$90/hour depending on experience
