- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to assist patients with scheduling or rescheduling appointments

- Providing excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving any issues

- Documenting patient information accurately in our system

- Verifying eligibility and benefits

- Following up with patients as needed to ensure satisfaction

- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
• *Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work

- Windows or Mac with an antivirus software and headset

- Good internet connectivity
