Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to work as an independent contractor for the 2024-2025 school year. This position is fully remote and operates on the VocoVision teletherapy platform.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Provide virtual instruction in accordance with state and federal special education regulations and best practices.
Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and staff to ensure student success.
Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Qualifications:
Special Education Teaching license in Texas required.
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Previous experience teaching students with diverse learning needs, preferably in a virtual or online setting.
