Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Functional Project Manager (FPM)to support a large-scale HR Transformation Program. The successful candidate will work closely with the Program Manager to drive planning, coordination, governance, and delivery across multiple HR functional workstreams.
This role requires strong experience delivering enterprise-scale HR transformation initiatives, with mandatory expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM environments.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Workstream Management
Coordinate and oversee delivery across multiple HR workstreams, including:
Core HR / Employee Central

Payroll

Time Management

Recruiting Platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters)

Onboarding

Benefits Administration

HR Reporting & Analytics

HR Integrations

AI and Automation Initiatives

Responsibilities include:
Managing and coordinating functional workstream activities.

Ensuring workstream leads maintain detailed project plans and deliverables.

Monitoring delivery progress against agreed milestones.

Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution.

Driving alignment across HR processes and transformation objectives.

Project Planning & Delivery Tracking
Maintain integrated project plans across all workstreams.

Track deliverables, milestones, and key dependencies.

Monitor project health and identify delivery risks early.

Support re-planning and recovery activities when required.

Ensure project plans remain accurate and actionable.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
Manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies).

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

Escalate critical issues to program leadership.

Facilitate dependency management across workstreams.

Drive resolution workshops and ensure accountability for mitigation actions.

Program Execution Support
Prepare program status reports and operational summaries.

Track key actions, decisions, and follow-up activities.

Support Steering Committee and governance meetings.

Monitor execution risks and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure strategic decisions are translated into executable work plans.

Required Experience & Skills
8–12+ years of Project Management or Program Delivery experience.

Proven experience managing large-scale HR transformation programs.

Experience leading multi-workstream enterprise initiatives.

Strong understanding of HR operating models and processes.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
