About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Functional Project Manager (FPM)to support a large-scale HR Transformation Program. Working closely with the Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of multiple HR functional workstreams while ensuring alignment across the broader transformation landscape.
This role requires a strong background in enterprise HR transformation initiatives, with proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs. Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactorsand SAP HCMis essential.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Workstream Management
Coordinate and manage delivery across multiple HR functional areas, including:
Core HR / Employee Central

Payroll

Time Management

Recruiting Platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters)

Onboarding

Benefits Administration

HR Reporting & Analytics

HR Integrations

AI & Automation Initiatives

Responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day project execution across workstreams

Ensuring workstream leads maintain detailed project plans and deliverables

Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution

Monitoring progress against agreed milestones

Ensuring alignment of HR processes across the transformation program

Project Planning & Delivery Tracking
Maintain and continuously update integrated project plans

Track deliverables, milestones, and critical dependencies

Identify schedule deviations and drive corrective actions

Support resource planning and delivery forecasting

Ensure project plans remain accurate, actionable, and actively utilized by stakeholders

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies)

Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks

Escalate critical issues to the Program Manager when required

Facilitate cross-workstream resolution workshops

Drive accountability and follow-up on mitigation actions

Program Execution Support
Prepare operational and status reports for leadership teams

Support steering committee preparation and governance activities

Track key decisions and ensure execution of agreed actions

Monitor program health and identify potential delivery challenges

Assist in maintaining overall program momentum and stakeholder alignment

Required Experience & Qualifications
Professional Experience
8–12+ years of Project Management or Program Delivery experience

Proven success managing large-scale HR Transformation Programs

Experience leading complex, multi-workstream enterprise initiatives

Strong understanding of HR functional processes and operating models

Experience working within global transformation environments
