Game Designer Needed for Viral Social Party Game & Experience Kit Concepts

I'm building a new entertainment brand focused on highly social, emotionally engaging, TikTok-worthy at-home experiences and party games.

I am looking for a creative game designer to help transform rough concepts into polished, highly engaging gameplay systems that people want to record, share, replay, and gift.

This is NOT a traditional board game project.

My concepts blend:

- Party games

- Social experiments

- Taste testing

- Creative challenges

- Viral social media moments

- Competitive and cooperative mechanics

- Physical props/cards/components

I need someone who understands:

- Modern social gameplay trends

- Replayability

- Viral mechanics

- Group psychology

- How to create emotional reactions (funny, surprising, competitive, chaotic, nostalgic, etc.)

- How to balance structure with improvisation

- How to design for content creation and social sharing

Responsibilities:

- Turn rough ideas into structured game systems

- Design gameplay loops, scoring systems, rounds, and mechanics

- Create card concepts and challenge systems

- Create pacing and engagement

- Simplify gameplay while increasing fun

- Suggest physical components and props

- Design experiences that work well for groups of friends, couples, and parties

- Help create expansion pack/theme ideas

- Collaborate on naming, positioning, and overall player experience
