GenAI Lead

We’re looking for a creative builder—someone who can spot a problem, dream up a product idea, and quickly bring it to life with a scrappy prototype. Then? Actually build it. This is a zero-to-one kind of role: It’s not about polished production systems, it’s about speed, experimentation, and turning ideas into working proof.

You’ll be working at the edge of what’s possible with LLMs, agents, and emerging AI tools. The goal? Reinvent how we work—automate the boring stuff, boost our productivity, and unlock entirely new ways of operating. You’ll partner with brilliant folks across product, engineering, data, and ops, and help make AI feel less like magic, and more like muscle.

In this role you'll

• Lead generative AI initiatives to drive efficiency, automation, and impact across the company

  Identify internal pain points and spin up fast, thoughtful prototypes to solve them

  Develop and iterate on AI-first tools based on data, feedback, and intuition

  Define KPIs, measure success, and optimize based on what the data says (not just your gut)

  Work side-by-side with engineers, data scientists, designers, and ops leads to bring ideas to life

  Stay on top of the latest in LLMs, agents, and AI frameworks—and put them to real use, fast

• 4+ years of experience as a strong, and senior full stack engineer

  A scientific mindset paired with a "can-build-anything" attitude

  Product experience is great, but not a must—what matters most is having product sense to help you build the right stuff and know how to get from idea to prototype

  Experience in early stage startups, side projects, or entrepreneurship is a huge plus—we’re looking for makers, not just managers

  Comfortable with LLMs and agents, and able to build and test ideas quickly on your own

  Obsessive about solving problems, not just shipping features

  Naturally curious and fearless about experimenting with new tech

  Able to zoom in on the details, but also connect them to the bigger picture

  Excellent communicator—clear, sharp, and great at getting others on board

  Ability to work in an office environment
