This role leads Armacell’s global procurement function with full responsibility for strategy, performance, and value creation across a EUR 300–400 million annual spend in a complex, international manufacturing environment.

Your Tasks
Lead and continuously develop a high-performing global procurement organization across regions and categories

Define and govern the global procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with financial, strategic, and sustainability objectives

Build, manage, and deliver the annual global procurement budget, including people and cost responsibilities

Drive procurement performance through clear KPIs and KAIs, including savings, value creation, and commercial improvements

Establish, standardize, and continuously improve global procurement processes and governance

Drive digitalization initiatives in close cooperation with IT to enhance transparency and data-driven decision-making

Lead strategic sourcing and category management for direct and indirect spend, balancing cost, quality, and supply security

Oversee global supplier and contract management, including negotiations, risk mitigation, and performance management

Your Profile
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering

Minimum 10 years of senior procurement leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

Proven expertise in both direct and indirect procurement categories

Demonstrated experience leading global, cross-regional procurement teams

Strong background in procurement processes, contract management, and complex negotiations

Solid financial, analytical, and performance management capabilities

Fluency in English with frequent international travel (up to 50%)
