Graphic Designer (Figma) — Ongoing Newsletter & Product Graphics

Looking for a detail-oriented graphic designer with a strong sense of composition, hierarchy, and visual clarity to support a product design team on an ongoing basis.

This role focuses on creating clean, structured visuals that communicate product functionality in a simple, intuitive way. You will work closely with a UI/UX designer and collaborate directly inside Figma.

Scope of Work

• Design ~3 newsletter graphics per week (consistent workload)

• Translate product features and workflows into clear, easy-to-understand visuals

• Create realistic, product-related compositions (UI + real-world context)

• Generate or refine persona-based imagery to demonstrate real-life product usage

• Maintain consistency with existing design system, UI components, and brand guidelines

How You’ll Work

• Collaborate directly in Figma (live files, comments, iterations)

• Communicate regularly via Slack

• Work within standard business hours (9–5) for alignment and feedback loops

• Follow structured direction while contributing thoughtful design improvements

Requirements

• Strong Figma proficiency

• Solid understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to design clean, product-focused graphics (not decorative/marketing-heavy)

• Experience working with UI elements and product visuals

• Responsive and reliable with quick turnaround times

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS or product-based visuals

• Ability to create or work with AI-generated imagery in a realistic, controlled way

• Understanding of how to visually explain workflows or systems

Additional Notes

• All assets, UI elements, and brand guidelines will be provided

• The focus is on execution, clarity, and consistency—not concept exploration

• Long-term collaboration preferred if the fit is right
