About the Role
We are seeking a highly versatile Graphic Designer to join a fast-moving, multi-client creative environment supporting a wide range of industries including B2B, CPG, biotech, legal, and consumer brands.

This role requires a designer who thrives in fast-paced, agency-style work, can independently manage multiple projects at different stages, and is comfortable working across both digital and print mediums. You will be part of a lean, highly collaborative team supporting diverse creative needs—from branding and websites to marketing assets and presentation materials.

This is not a single-brand, in-house role. It is a multi-client, high-variability design position requiring adaptability, speed, and strong creative judgment.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute creative assets across multiple client projects simultaneously

Develop and maintain brand identities, including logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines

Create website and digital design assets using Figma (UI layouts, landing pages, visual concepts)

Produce print materials such as:
Business cards

Brochures and postcards

Trade show and event banners

Design presentation decks (PowerPoint / pitch decks) for client storytelling and business development

Create B2B social media content, primarily LinkedIn (carousels, quote posts, founder/company announcements)

Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats (digital ↔ print ↔ web)

Translate client feedback into refined, production-ready design outputs

Collaborate in an async-friendly, fast iteration workflow with minimal supervision

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment

Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across:
Branding & identity systems

Web/UI design

Print and marketing collateral

Proficiency in:
Figma (must-have for digital work)

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

PowerPoint (or equivalent presentation tools)

Strong understanding of visual branding systems and adaptation across formats

Experience producing content for B2B marketing or LinkedIn campaigns

Ability to work independently with minimal direction and manage multiple deadlines

AI & Modern Design Workflow (Highly Important)
We are looking for a forward-thinking, AI-comfortable designer who actively integrates modern tools into their workflow.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar tools for ideation and production support

Able to leverage AI for:
Branding exploration and concept generation

Rapid creative iteration

Visual direction development

Awareness of current AI-driven design trends and ability to avoid generic or “template-like” outputs

Interest in staying ahead of evolving creative workflows

Soft Skills & Working Style
Highly self-sufficient and proactive

Strong ability to interpret client briefs and execute with minimal direction

Comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel (fast-paced environment)

Strong attention to detail and design consistency

Clear written English communication is required

Comfortable working in an async workflow with occasional check-ins
