Overview
We're currently seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Group Travel Specialists. This opportunity centers around assisting clients with coordinating travel arrangements for groups, special occasions, family gatherings, reunions, destination celebrations, and other shared travel experiences.

If you enjoy organizing details, communicating with people, and helping bring plans together, this role offers flexibility, training, and the opportunity to build valuable industry knowledge from home.

No previous travel industry experience is necessary.

Primary Duties

Work with clients to understand group travel needs, schedules, and destination preferences
Help coordinate accommodations, transportation, cruises, resorts, and activity options for group travelers
Research travel solutions through approved supplier networks and booking resources
Present suitable options based on group objectives and budget considerations
Assist with reservation coordination and travel documentation
Monitor travel plans and help facilitate itinerary modifications when needed
Maintain organized records of client requests, bookings, and communications
Provide timely responses to questions and planning inquiries
Participate in educational programs and team development sessions

Eligibility Requirements

Enjoy interacting with people and providing helpful guidance
Have strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Communicate professionally across phone, email, and online platforms
Are comfortable navigating web-based systems and digital tools
Can work independently and manage priorities effectively
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Possess reliable internet access and basic computer skills
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have authorization to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved regions
English communication skills required
