We support clients across the US, EU, and MENA, delivering dashboards, automation workflows, analytics systems, and MVP builds.
We’re now hiring our first full-time Growth Lead — a hybrid strategic + hands-on operator who can build, execute, and scale our multi-channel growth engine.
You will work directly with the CEO and shape Vizio AI’s next stage of growth.
Role Overview
Remote — EU/TR preferred
This is a full-stack growth role where you will own strategy, execution, and end-to-end funnel building across Upwork, SEO, landing pages, LinkedIn, outbound, and paid ads.
You will operate independently and move fast — no layers, no bureaucracy. You move quickly, take ownership, and don’t wait for constant direction. This is not a social media, coordination, or management role — it’s a builder’s role.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic
Identify high-LTV verticals & ICPs
Map market opportunities and competitor gaps
Define multi-channel growth strategy
Shape new productized services based on market insights
Analyze Google Search Trends and extract actionable insights for sales
Build funnel architectures & messaging frameworks
Tactical
Build high-converting landing pages (Framer or similar)
Execute technical SEO: indexing, schema, internal linking, optimization
Plan & execute SEO clusters (keywords, briefs, content coordination)
Optimize Upwork funnels & proposal variations
Run outbound campaigns (Apollo, LinkedIn)
Set up workflows in HubSpot Professional Hub
Launch & manage multi-channel paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
Use automation and prompt engineering to improve campaign efficiency
Run A/B tests & measure funnel performance
Operational
Daily monitoring of Upwork lead flow
Maintain HubSpot hygiene & reporting
Manage GA4/Looker dashboards
Maintain Apollo lists + deliverability
Coordinate creatives with designer
Publish weekly growth reports
Maintain Growth OS documentation
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have Core Skills
Strong technical SEO experience
Funnel building + conversion copywriting
HubSpot Professional Hub (automation, scoring, workflows)
Outbound tools (Apollo, SalesNav)
Multi-channel execution across SEO, landing pages, ads, outbound
Analytics (GA4, Looker/Power BI)
Ability to apply prompt engineering for automation and campaign setupAbility to move independently and fast
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience with similar tools is acceptable.
Framer (or Webflow, Typedream, similar builders)
getMany or marketplace automation tools
n8n (Make.com / Zapier also okay)
Upwork or marketplace growth funnels
Lovable, Bolt, v0, or similar tools
Experience
3–4 years in growth, technical marketing, SEO, or demand gen
Proven examples of self-built landing pages, funnels, or experiments
Experience in SaaS, AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation is a plus
