Blitz is a gaming platform launched by Voodoo in 2021, allowing players to compete on mobile games for real cash prizes (head-up, tournaments, leagues, etc.). It is leveraging Voodoo's unique game portfolio to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.

Role
We're looking for a Growth Lead to join our team at Blitz. In this role, you'll be owning and scaling our organic growth strategy while building and managing a thriving creator program to grow Blitz's user base in the US market.
Define and execute the organic growth strategy across key channels (SEO, ASO, social, community, referral, etc.)

Build, launch, and scale a Creator Program from the ground up : identifying, recruiting, and managing content creators and influencers aligned with the Blitz brand

Develop long-term partnerships with creators and gaming communities to drive awareness and user acquisition

Analyze performance data across organic channels to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns

Work cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing, and Gaming teams to align growth initiatives with product roadmap milestones

Experiment rapidly with new growth levers, iterate based on data, and share learnings across the team

Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to stay ahead of organic growth best practices in the mobile gaming space

Own reporting on organic KPIs and creator program metrics, providing regular updates to leadership

Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in growth, user acquisition, or digital marketing, ideally in mobile gaming or consumer apps

Strong academic background (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field)

Proven track record in driving organic growth through multiple channels (SEO/ASO, social, community, partnerships)

Hands-on experience building or managing a creator/influencer program

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies

Strong project management and organizational skills — able to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment

Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture and communities

Based in the United States (mandatory)
