What You’ll Own (Your Impact)

Faster response time to new leads

Higher quality and volume of inquiries

Improved conversion (lead → booked → customer)

Clean, organized CRM pipelines

Clear reporting and continuous optimization

What You’ll Do

Growth Marketing (Primary)

Run and optimize Facebook / Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns

Test audiences, creatives, and offers

Track results and continuously improve performance

Maintain a simple monthly campaign plan

CRM & Lead Conversion (Primary)

Manage lead follow-ups (email, SMS, calls)

Build and improve GoHighLevel automations

Ensure every lead has a clear status and next step

Maintain pipeline accuracy (tags, notes, stages)

Operations & System Support (Secondary)

Support onboarding and scheduling workflows

Maintain organized tracking sheets and documentation

Ensure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales

Continuous Improvement

Identify bottlenecks in the funnel

Improve workflows, automations, and messaging

Deliver weekly updates + monthly performance reports

Tools You’ll Use

GoHighLevel (CRM + automation)

Meta Ads Manager

Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets)

Basecamp

AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)

What Makes You a Great Fit

✅ Core Requirements

2+ years experience in:

Digital marketing / paid ads

CRM / marketing operations

Sales or lead conversion pipelines

Hands-on experience running Meta Ads

Strong English communication skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

You are proactive and solution-oriented

You can manage multiple moving parts independently
