About the Role:

Innovlabs.ai is building AI-powered platforms for biotech and drug discovery research. We are looking for a Growth / Marketing Lead to define our brand, acquire early users, and support fundraising through strategic messaging and positioning.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth strategy and marketing campaigns

Create positioning, messaging, and content to attract customers and investors

Support lead generation and early user acquisition

Collaborate closely with product and business development teams

Requirements:

Experience in growth, marketing, or product marketing for tech or biotech startups

Familiarity with digital marketing, content creation, and analytics

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-moving, pre-seed environment

Startup experience or interest in early-stage companies
