Our client is an established ecommerce infrastructure company operating in the custom gifting and print-on-demand space. Their platform enables ecommerce brands, sellers, and creators to build and sell custom gift bundles without holding inventory by combining print-on-demand production, fulfillment, and branded packaging. With hundreds of customizable products available, the company is focused on becoming a leading gifting infrastructure platform that helps online businesses create and distribute personalized products at scale.

Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive platform awareness, seller acquisition, and user adoption. This role focuses on reaching ecommerce sellers, creators, and online store owners through content, social media, and digital marketing initiatives while helping shape the platform’s positioning and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Platform Growth
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase platform adoption and seller onboarding

Help refine messaging and positioning around the platform’s gifting and fulfillment capabilities

Identify growth opportunities within ecommerce communities, creator ecosystems, and online marketplaces

Content & Social Media Marketing
Develop and manage content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms

Create educational and promotional content explaining how sellers can use the platform

Plan and manage content calendars to maintain consistent publishing and engagement

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition

Support paid media initiatives across Meta and other digital advertising platforms

Collaborate on creative assets including short-form videos, tutorials, and product demonstrations

Analytics & Optimization
Track marketing performance metrics including engagement, traffic, and seller acquisition

Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights and data

Provide reporting and performance insights to support marketing decisions

Qualifications
Experience
2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or ecommerce marketing

Experience working with ecommerce brands, marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or creator-focused products preferred

Skills
Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital content strategies

Experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, or similar platforms

Ability to translate platform features into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused messaging

Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

Comfortable working in fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environments

Creative mindset with the ability to balance storytelling and performance marketing
