Position Summary/Job Duties:
Reliable Residence is a physician-founded startup transforming how healthcare professionals find safe, furnished monthly housing near hospitals.
We’re hiring a Growth & Partnerships Associate to help expand our network of:
- Property owners
- Apartment complexes
- Hospital partners
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the founder and help scale a fast-growing platform.
What you'll do:
- Outreach to property owners, landlords, and apartment complexes to onboard listings
- Build relationships with hospital systems, residency programs, and recruiters
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Follow up with leads and guide them through onboarding
- Help identify new markets and partnership opportunities
- Track outreach and progress in a CRM or spreadsheet
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (confident on phone + email)
- Comfortable with cold outreach (this is a big part of the role)
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Interest in startups or real estate
- Bonus:
- Sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools
