About the Role

 

We are hiring a Growth & Partnerships Lead, Philippines, to help scale Raenest’s user base, partnerships, and community presence in the country. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Filipino freelance, creator, startup, and digital economy ecosystem and knows how to build communities, drive partnerships, and execute growth campaigns that create real impact.
You will work closely with Raenest’s growth and operations teams to help make Raenest one of the most trusted financial platforms for Filipinos earning and working globally.

Primary duties and responsibilities

Growth & Customer Acquisition

Develop and execute local growth initiatives across the Philippines

Drive customer acquisition campaigns focused on freelancers, creators, remote workers, and global professionals

Identify scalable growth opportunities across online and offline channels.

Help improve activation and retention for users in the Philippine market.

Support the growth of key Raenest products, including:

Global Accounts

USD Cards

Stablecoins

International Transfers

Partnerships & Ecosystem Building

Build relationships with:

Freelance communities

Creator communities

Startup ecosystems

Universities

Coworking hubs

Tech and Stablecoins communities

Employer, payroll and BPO platforms

Identify strategic partnerships that can drive awareness, trust, and distribution

Support partnership discussions, negotiations, activations, and follow-through

Community & Brand Building

Help grow Raenest’s local community presence online and offline

Organise meetups, webinars, workshops, creator sessions, and ecosystem events

Work with creators, influencers, and community leaders to increase visibility

Help localise Raenest’s messaging and positioning for the Philippine market

Gather customer insights and market feedback to improve campaigns and product experience

Market Insights & Reporting

Monitor local market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour.

Track campaign performance and partnership outcomes

Share weekly growth updates and actionable market insights

Work closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience for Philippine users

Job Requirements

3–4 years of experience in growth, partnerships, business development, community, or marketing roles.

Strong understanding of the Philippine digital economy.

Experience working with startups, fintechs, creator tools, stablecoin companies, or digital platforms.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution ability.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment

Experience growing communities or partnerships in the Philippines

Experience with fintech, remittance, payments, stablecoins, or creator economy products

Existing relationships within freelance, startup, creator, or tech ecosystems

Experience working remotely with international teams
