• Invoicing
• Delinquency
• Collections
• Refunds
• Account management

Provide functional solutions to business problems
• Client Interaction

Conduct
1:1 discussions with clients
Explain:
• Guidewire features
• Billing workflows
• System behavior

Gather business requirements
Translate business needs into functional solutions

This is highly client-facing.
• Defect Triage

Analyze production/UAT defects
Identify
• Root cause
• Severity
• Business impact

Coordinate with developers/testing teams
Prioritize fixes
• Impact Analysis
• Estimation Oversight
• UAT Support

Required Skills
Mandatory Skills
Strong experience in:
• Guidewire BillingCenter
• Insurance billing domain

Functional leadership experience
Strong communication skills
