We're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associates and Retail Stock Associates to join our merchandise team at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, promoting our products, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class guest service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Restock shelves, process inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
