Job Description
The National VP, Broker Network is a senior, quota carrying individual contributor responsible for driving new business acquisition through the habitational insurance broker channel. This role owns the full sales lifecycle from proactive outbound prospecting through close focused on brokers serving residential property owners and operators.
The National VP, Broker Network is a highly motivated, competitive sales executive with deep insurance industry expertise and strong broker facing credibility. Success in this role requires consistent achievement of aggressive sales targets, high volume outbound activity, and the ability to build trusted relationships with key decision makers. This position plays a critical role in expanding ePremium’s broker footprint while delivering scalable, technology enabled insurance solutions to the market.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
Responsible for the achievement of individual monthly and annual sales quotas
Responsible for working collaboratively to support the achievement of overall quarterly and annual revenue goals
Creating, implementing, and evolving effective strategies to achieve sales targets
Developing and closing sales opportunities through proactive, outbound prospecting and diligent follow-up
High volume of daily outbound prospecting including cold calling, phone calls and emails
High level of phone communication speaking with and selling to prospective clients
Acquiring new customers from a variety of lead sources including hot, warm, and cold leads from campaigns, partnerships and events
Work with account management to help facilitate rapid and effective transition after closing to expeditiously enable the production of policies in force
Partners with other Inhabit sales representatives to secure deals
Effectively deliver compelling sales presentations/demos
Effectively communicate with and sell to prospects by identifying business challenges and requirements
Address prospects/clients’ challenges by presenting, demonstrating and persuasively communicating the value of the solution
Responsible for weekly reporting on sales activity and performance
Navigate key decision makers to build awareness within organization
Actively participate in sales forecasting by consistently maintaining accurate data and records in CRM (Salesforce)
Provide valuable feedback from prospects to identify blockers and anticipate future market needs
Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
Represent company at industry related trade shows, company sponsored events and in market acquisition trips
Communicate information to potential clients regarding pricing, industry trends, and product advancements
QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For (Minimum Qualification)
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in sales
Minimum of 5+ years in the insurance industry
Proven track record of sales achievement
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
Aggressive drive to achieve high targets – results oriented
Strong accountability and commitment to excellence
Energetic phone presence and excellent active listening skills
Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to influence external/internal stakeholders
Future-forward thinker who is comfortable bridging the gap between traditional property management mindsets and the future of their business

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
