HCM Product Owner - REMOTE

About the Company: AGM Tech Solutions is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Product Owner I to support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud operations while partnering closely with HR, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

This role is Primarily remote!!!!!

This role is open to w2 candidates only - USC - GC.

Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day Oracle Cloud HCM production operations, issue triage, and root cause analysis
• Coordinate with offshore AMS teams to resolve system and user issues efficiently
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify operational risks
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for enhancements and projects
• Participate in testing activities including test case review, execution, and validation
• Support project delivery from planning through deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, DTP, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Assist with training materials, user communications, and change management initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
• Support KPI tracking and evaluation of system enhancements and operational performance

Qualifications:
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications

Required Skills:
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Knowledge of production support, testing, and system enhancement processes
