Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Ecommerce Operations to lead and scale all aspects of ecommerce operations at Midi Health. This role oversees end-to-end eCommerce operations—including platform management, digital fulfillment, compliance, and revenue optimization—to support scalable growth and frictionless digital purchasing experiences for Midi’s growing suite of prescription and non-prescription wellness products.

The ideal candidate blends deep eCommerce operational expertise with a strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements, consumer behavior in healthcare, and omnichannel business models. The role is a Sr. Director or VP level, depending on candidate qualifications and experience.

This leader will inherit a strong foundation and lead the function through a phase of operational maturity and growth—scaling systems, processes, and team capacity to support rapid expansion. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex operations and end-to-end supply chain for a dynamic business, particularly in fast-paced, late-stage, or public environments. They’ll be a masterful cross-functional partner to executives and department heads, a builder of high-performing teams, and a metrics-driven operator who can execute at scale.

What you will do:
• Develop and execute a multi-year eCommerce operations roadmap aligned with the company’s growth goals and Operating Plan;
• Lead cross-functional ecommerce operational planning in strong partnership with Marketing, Business Operations, Finance, Product, Legal/Compliance, Clinical, and Customer Service teams;
• Identify emerging health & wellness ecommerce market opportunities;
• Create a robust & resilient end-to-end supply chain system, including selecting new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and building & maintaining vendor relationships;
• Skilled in vendor management and contract negotiation;
• Ensure all ecommerce processes comply with all necessary laws and regulations;
• Lead KPI development for all ecommerce operational metrics including conversion, cart abandonment, fulfillment SLAs, return rates, cost-to-serve, and more;
• Use analytics to drive continuous improvement of operational processes and customer experience;
• Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to executive leadership;
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing ecommerce operations team;
• Drive a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and cross-department collaboration.

What you will need to succeed:
• 10+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, including experience in supply chain, supplier selection, vendor management, fulfillment, shipping, distribution, and logistics, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity; prior experience in healthcare products or pharmaceuticals a plus;
• Proven success in creating robust & resilient end-to-end supply chain system, including selecting new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and building & maintaining vendor relationships;
• Demonstrated ability to create financial forecasts, demand planning, and inventory forecast models;
• Strong business acumen; MBA or equivalent a plus;
• Analytical mindset: use data to drive operational and strategic decisions;
• Deep expertise in strategy married with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality;
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills—you know how to influence, collaborate, and build trust with C-level leaders and cross-functional partners; experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams;
• Experience overseeing eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, custom platforms);
• Expertise in operational workflows, including order management, supply chain, and fulfillment.

• Exceptionally strong project management skills, including with complex, matrixed projects involving internal and external stakeholders;
