Windmill is looking for a Head of Growth to help us build the AI Management system of the future. The way companies are built, scaled, and managed will change at a fundamental level over the next 5 years. Windmill is building the system that will allow your business to change with it.

We are looking for candidates who are:

Self-starters who thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Strategic thinkers with a bias for execution

Deeply curious about AI and excited to shape how it transforms the workplace

Comfortable rolling up their sleeves—whether it’s running paid campaigns, optimizing onboarding, or setting GTM strategy

Analytical by default, creative by necessity

The right candidates have:

5–10 years of experience across growth, marketing, or product-led growth roles at high-growth startups

Experience owning funnels end-to-end—from top-of-funnel acquisition through to retention and expansion

Hands-on expertise with growth tools like Attio, Clay, Apollo, and modern experimentation platforms

A track record of scaling acquisition through a combination of paid, organic, and product-driven tactics

Comfort partnering cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and sales

A love for metrics and experimentation, and an instinct for what actually drives compounding growth

A desire to drive an outsized impact at a fast-growing, AI-native company
