About Nysonian
Nysonian is one of the fastest-growing consumer portfolios, behind NOBL and Flo Pilates. We grew over 8x in 2025 and are building the next phase of the business across physical products, software, and subscription experiences.

NOBL is a functional travel brand built around a simple idea: travel products should solve real problems, not just look better. Every feature is designed to remove friction from the travel experience, from organization and access to tracking, connectivity, and protection.

Flo Pilates brings studio-quality Pilates into the home through connected fitness hardware, content, and subscription experiences.

Across both brands, we are building product ecosystems that deepen the customer relationship beyond the initial purchase and create recurring value over time. We are looking for builders who want ownership, speed, and the ability to shape products at scale.

The Opportunity
Nysonian is hiring a Head of Growth for Flo Pilates to own the growth engine across acquisition, conversion, retention, offer strategy, and revenue performance.

This is not a brand marketing role. It is an operating role tied directly to revenue, CAC, payback, contribution, retention, and scale.

Flo has real hardware demand, a subscription layer, multiple product lines, and significant room to improve how the full customer journey performs. The opportunity is to build a disciplined growth machine around the business, not just run more campaigns.

You will own the growth operating system for Flo: where growth is coming from, what is constraining scale, which levers matter most, and how quickly the team can turn those insights into revenue.

You will partner closely with Paid Media, Creative, Retention, Product, CRO, Finance, and Operations.

What You'll Own

Flo's growth strategy across acquisition, funnel performance, offer strategy, retention, and customer economics

Revenue growth while managing CAC, payback, contribution margin, MER, and product-level profitability

Partnership with Paid Media to identify scaling constraints, creative needs, and channel-level priorities

Funnel and website priorities with CRO: landing pages, PDPs, bundles, pricing, and conversion improvements

A clear testing roadmap across offers, landing pages, creative, lifecycle, subscriptions, and positioning

Work with Retention on post-purchase monetization, subscription conversion, and returning customer revenue

The operating cadence: weekly priorities, test reviews, KPI tracking, blockers, and accountability

Qualifications

Demonstrated success leading growth for a high-growth consumer, ecommerce, subscription, wellness, fitness, or hardware business

Strong understanding of paid acquisition, CRO, offer strategy, retention, and customer economics

Ability to manage growth through CAC, MER, payback, contribution margin, LTV, retention, and revenue quality

Experience working across paid media, creative, landing pages, lifecycle, product, and finance

Proven ability to build testing systems that improve revenue and profitability

High ownership, speed, and comfort operating in ambiguity

You're Not a Fit If

You are a pure brand marketer without direct-response or revenue accountability

You only understand paid media and cannot connect it to full-funnel economics

You identify problems but cannot turn them into systems, owners, and follow-through

You can execute tasks, but struggle to build systems from scratch

You rely on direct control instead of cross-functional accountability

You are disorganized with priorities, follow-ups, deadlines, or active workstreams

You need a full team already in place to execute behind you

You need established systems, tooling, and reporting before you can produce

You need other senior leaders to set the strategy before you can act

You wait for direction before acting on visible problems

You see problems and assume they belong to someone else

You treat seniority as a step away from the work instead of staying close to details, execution quality, and team performance

Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The expected total compensation range for this role is: USD $180,000 to $280,000.

This role also offers performance-based rewards tied to business impact. Your starting compensation will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and company impact.
