Position Overview 

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and support go-to-market efforts. As a senior leader, you will drive key initiatives such as shaping our brand story, managing product campaigns, and developing marketing channels aligned with our business goals. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and scale a high-performing marketing function while directly impacting business growth. 

You will collaborate closely with the product team to understand product value and timelines, enabling the development of effective sales enablement and customer success strategies. Additionally, you will manage market insights, conducting research, beta launches, and customer segmentation to support product and commercial improvements. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, focusing on driving customer acquisition, product adoption, and brand consistency. 

Key Responsibilities 

Brand Story, Positioning & Messaging 

Develop and maintain the Intus Care brand story, preparing for updates in advance of product launches

Create cohesive messaging frameworks that reflect our offerings and mission

Implement standardized language and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials

Manage social channels, outbound campaigns, and brand positioning

Lead initiatives to strengthen brand presence across channels, ensuring impactful messaging

Product Marketing 

Oversee pricing, packaging, and customer segmentation to facilitate sales and product adoption

Lead internal/external product launches and manage go-to-market strategies

Use data to craft customer-centric claims and outcomes

Collaborate with the product team to align on value propositions and launch timelines

Go-to-Market Strategy 

Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and enhancements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and execution

Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments to drive growth

Build comprehensive launch plans, including messaging, positioning, channel strategies, and performance metrics

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge

Pipeline Development & Sales Enablement 

Develop standardized messaging and tools for sales and marketing teams

Create and maintain sales collateral (e.g., pitch decks, product guides) in collaboration with designers and product teams

Design and optimize lead-generation campaigns including email, social, etc. to drive awareness and conversions

Oversee website updates to ensure it reflects our brand, is user-friendly, and converts visitors into leads

Manage the preparation and coordination of conferences, ensuring alignment with business goals

Market Insights and Analytics 

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform messaging, positioning, and strategy

Gather insights on customer behaviors, market trends, and competitive landscapes

Support product development and customer success with insights from research and beta testing

Cross-Functional Team Coordination 

Work closely with product and commercial teams to align on product messaging, launch timelines, and customer feedback

Equip sales teams with clear, compelling messaging and presentations

Performance Metrics & Reporting 

Analyze the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives and campaigns

Communicate the impact of marketing efforts through regular reports, identifying successes and areas for improvement to guide future investments

Qualifications 

Proven experience as a digital health marketing leader

At least 7-10 years of experience in digital health marketing

Extensive track record of successfully supporting marketing and go-to-market strategies for complex product launches

Experience working closely with product teams to understand complex products and create resonating messaging

Deep understanding of various healthcare models within the value-based care space

Strong project management skills with the ability to develop detailed project and marketing plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals and teams of varying backgrounds

Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent results autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000/year
