Sitch is a new kind of matchmaking platform, built around the idea that online dating doesn't have to suck and that AI, used thoughtfully, can actually make it better. We launched in NYC in 2024 and are backed by M13, a16z's Speedrun, Jeremy Liew (who wrote Snapchat's first check) and many others. We're expanding to new cities and building a small, high-performance team to help us scale to take on Match Group as the number one way to find your person

Job Overview

As the Head of Partnerships and Market Growth, you will spearhead our city-by-city expansion strategy, establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, and driving customer acquisition across all channels. This role combines data-driven growth initiatives with creative partnership development to scale our community and achieve market dominance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive city-by-city customer acquisition strategies, with clear KPIs and growth targets

    Analyze user data to identify customer segments, optimize acquisition channels, and inform strategic decisions

    Build and maintain high-value partnerships with communities, events, venues, and organizations that align with our target audience

    Determine and manage budget allocation across channels (paid, organic, partnerships, events) to maximize ROI

    Work closely with the product team to build product led growth tools (like community matchmaking) user feedback and market insights

    Design and implement large-scale marketing campaigns aimed at driving virality and referrals

    Lead a growing team, including brand marketing and paid acquisition specialists, fostering collaboration and excellence

    Establish Sitch as a key player in local dating scenes through strategic event marketing and community engagement

Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnership development, or related fields with demonstrated success in scaling startups

    Proven track record of building and executing customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels

    Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships in consumer-facing industries

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize growth

    Experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration

    Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills

    Experience in dating apps or community-based platforms is a plus
