Position Summary:

We are looking for a Head of Sales Enablement. This leader will accelerate growth and execution across Mercury’s agency channel, shaping the strategy and execution of programs, training, and processes that drive sales performance, strengthen partner engagement, and elevate capability across the field. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, this is a high-impact leadership role focused on improving how the organization enables and supports its partners at scale.

State specific pay scales for this role are as follows:

$137,883 to $386,920 (NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)

$137,883 to $386,920 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)

$137,883 to $386,920 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)

 

In CA: Typical hiring range is $214,694 to $262,404

 

The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

Lead programs and initiatives that improve sales performance and engagement

Build and scale training, certification, and enablement programs that drive adoption and skill development

Oversee content and communications strategies that support effective execution

Establish processes and practices that increase accountability and execution quality

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team

Programs that deliver measurable impact on sales performance and engagement

Training and enablement initiatives that are adopted and drive behavioral change

Processes that increase clarity, accountability, and execution effectiveness

A high-performing team delivering consistent impact and recognized as a strategic partner to the business

Who you are

10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, partner experience, or distribution support

Skilled at building programs that drive measurable outcomes and adoption

Strategic, credible, and results-oriented, with a track record of influencing without relying on title

Strong business acumen and ability to link enablement initiatives to organizational performance

Experienced in leading and developing high-performing teams in dynamic environments

Qualifications

Education

 

Minimum: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred: 

Master’s degree

Experience

Minimum:

5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.

8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.

USD $125,349.44 - USD $351,748.97 /Yr.
