Requirements:
• Florida 2-15 License (or willingness to obtain)
• Self-motivated and disciplined entrepreneur
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintain a full-time commitment (40+ hours/week)
• Reliable transportation for in-person appointments
• Basic computer and technology proficiency
• Entry-level and experienced candidates welcome

Key Responsibilities:
• Educate clients on life and supplemental health insurance solutions
• Present and sell policies to new and existing clients
• Conduct in-person and virtual benefit reviews
• Develop and illustrate customized retirement strategies
• Uphold all compliance and regulatory standards
