Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
- Act as a liaison between tenants and property management.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines.
- Negotiate leases and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Keep accurate records of tenant interactions.
- Communicate effectively over the phone with strong etiquette.
Requirements:
- Strong phone and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative office environment.
