High School History Teacher

**Overview:** Paden Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and passionate High School History Teacher to join our team. As a small, rural school in Okfuskee county, Oklahoma, we pride ourselves on providing a personalized education to our students with an average class size of 16. **Responsibilities:**
• Teach high school history courses to students in grades 9-12
• Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to curriculum development
• May be required to coach athletic or academic extracurriculars

• Bachelor's degree in History or related field
• Oklahoma teaching certification or ability to obtain
• Strong understanding of high school history curriculum
