As we expand, we are looking for a driven High Ticket Closer to join our team and help connect more learners with our programs. Key Responsibilities

Fully own the sales cycle from touch point to close: Ensure that leads are qualified when they enter your calendar, have a discovery conversation and then help prospect make the best decision for themselves to reach fluency.

Sales & Closing: Guide prospects through our sales process and confidently close deals.

Follow-Ups: Maintain regular contact with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into paying students.

CRM Management: Keep track of conversations and leads in our system to ensure an organized and efficient sales process.

Collaboration: Work closely with our team to improve the sales strategy and optimize conversion rates.

Qualifications requirements & Skills

3+ years proven experience as a High Ticket Closer in the coaching space (preferably with a non-financial ROI offer)

Excellent Communication & Persuasion Skills

Results-Driven & Self-Motivated

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Ability to work independently, manage your calendar, prioritize tasks, and self-motivate in a remote environment.

Experience in Online Education or Language Learning is a plus

Work Schedule: Starting Part-Time with the potential to go Full-Time in any US timezone

Compensation: Closing: 15% of deals closed. OTE (for full time): $15’000-$20’000
