[Hiring] ABA Training Specialist @Double Care ABA

Role Description

Remote ABA Training Specialist (Full Time / $22–$25/hr)

Location: Candidate location has to be in NJ

Pay: $22–$25 per hour

Schedule: 9am to 5pm

We are seeking an experienced ABA professional to train, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians (BTs), ensuring quality care and strong collaboration with BCBAs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Train and onboard new BTs
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Ensure ABA programs are implemented with fidelity
• Support teamwork between BTs and BCBAs

Qualifications
• Must have at least 5+ years of experience in ABA as a Behavior Technician/RBT
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles
• Training or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Requirements
• Preferred: RBT certification or higher
