Qualifications
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management or a related field.
• Familiarity with EZLynx software is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Excel and a strong interest in leveraging technology and AI for process improvement.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based client interactions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Requirements
• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial insurance policies, including billing, payments, and servicing.
• Handle Certificates of Insurance (COIs) with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by confidently addressing client inquiries and resolving issues over the phone.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy management and client satisfaction.
• Utilize technology, including tools like Excel and pivot tables, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay informed about advancements in AI and technology to enhance service delivery.
