This role plays an integral part in improving how BetterHelp creates a more efficient, scalable, and partner-focused credentialing function by improving our interactions with both providers and delegated payers.

• You will NOT be confined to your "job".
• You will NOT be bogged down by office politics, ego, or bad attitude.
• You will NOT get yourself burned out. We work hard but we believe in maintaining a sustainable work/life balance.

• Strong operational mindset with experience building or improving processes and systems.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building within evolving or undefined areas.
• Analytical thinker with experience using data and reporting to inform decisions.

• Excellent health, dental, and vision coverage.
