Hiring Freelancer to Recruit & Manage 50 TikTok UGC Creators

We are looking for an experienced freelancer or agency to help recruit and coordinate 50 TikTok UGC creators for a TikTok Shop campaign.

Scope of Work:
• Source and recruit 50 suitable TikTok creators/UGC creators
• Coordinate creator onboarding and communication
• Ensure creators purchase or receive assigned products through TikTok Shop
• Ensure creators produce and upload TikTok short-form content
• Ensure creators submit product reviews/feedback on TikTok Shop
• Track creator progress and delivery status
• Provide weekly reporting updates

Requirements:
• Experience managing TikTok creator campaigns
• Existing network/database of UGC creators is a strong advantage
• Familiar with TikTok Shop ecosystem
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple creators simultaneously

Preferred:
• Experience with influencer outreach
• Experience with affiliate or creator campaigns
• Agency/team applicants welcome

Deliverables:
• 50 active recruited creators
• Creator tracking sheet/report
• Completed content and review submissions
