• Coordinate interviews and assist candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications
• Experience in recruiting, healthcare staffing, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates.
• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing tools.
