The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Accounting Specialist will work as a full-time employee supporting a growing U.S.-based business. This role offers an opportunity to further develop your accounting expertise while applying your experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for following client-defined processes, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting overall accounting operations.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounting tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and support financial accuracy through critical thinking.

Clear & Professional Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills when working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Independent & Reliable: Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, with hands-on experience in AP/AR processes and financial reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Accounts Payable 
Enter all invoices into Syncore system and/or QuickBooks 

Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow

Accounts Receivable 
Invoice all clients upon order completion 

Make collection contacts on a routine basis 

Issue past-due notices and statements 

Royalty entry and submissions 

Assist with year-end financial statements 

Ensure efficient and accurate posting of transactions 

Any other tasks assigned by the Executive Team 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.  

Experience: 3-5 years of General Accounting experience or equivalent.  

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  

Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.  

Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:     

Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc. 

Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software. 

Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments. 

Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job. 

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus, but not required. 

WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 37,500

Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

Workdays: Monday to Friday (USA)
