The Home-Based DCX Account Manager Trainee is responsible for managing end-to-end promotional order processes for client accounts — sourcing, presenting, coordinating, and communicating.   
  
REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES 
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.  

Strong client communication & coordination skills. Preferably experience working with international clients.  

Detail-oriented, proactive, able to manage multiple accounts 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 
Manage end-to-end promotional order lifecycle 

Source products via SAGE, ESP Web, CommonSKU, and other various industry specific platforms 

Prepare & deliver client-facing presentations 

Coordinate with suppliers on pricing & timelines 

Proactive client communication on order status 

Support team with proactive client outreach to grow assigned accounts 

Manage Online Company Stores & post-order support 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications) 

Experience: 6+ yrs: in a transferable field: account management, vendor management, B2B/B2C sales, order management, supply chain, e-commerce, and/or, marketing.

Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.   

Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Intense exposure to Workday, Asana, and other CRMs is a plus. 

Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge:   

CRM & order management platform experience.

  
WHAT WE OFFER 
Salary Range: PHP 40,000-50,000 

Industry: Business Process Outsourcing   

Job Type: Full-time   

Work Shift: 8 AM- 5 PM CST (USA)

Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
