DCX is seeking a Home-Based Front End Collections TM Specialist to support a U.S.-based roofing partner by managing customer deposits, reviewing project documentation, and ensuring accurate collections throughout the sales process.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing customer files, insurance documents, and project details to determine required out-of-pocket expenses and collect deposits accurately. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects move forward efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Review customer files, contracts, insurance documents, and project information to determine required deposits and out-of-pocket expenses

Contact customers to collect deposits and secure payments before project commencement

Verify payment amounts based on insurance coverage, project scope, and customer obligations

Maintain accurate records of customer communications, payment activity, and account status

Follow up on outstanding deposits and payment commitments in a timely manner

Collaborate with sales, project management, and operations teams to ensure smooth project progression

Resolve customer questions related to deposits, payments, and project financial requirements

Document collection activities and update internal systems with accurate account information

Monitor accounts and identify potential collection issues before they impact project timelines

Assist with reporting and tracking collection metrics as required

Perform additional collections and administrative support tasks as assigned

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Experience:
2–4 years of collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or related experience

Previous construction industry experience required

Roofing industry experience strongly preferred

Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Work Schedule: Ability to work overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. operating hours.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook

Experience in maintaining accurate records and documentation

Familiarity with CRM systems and collections software

Industry-Specific Knowledge:
Ability to read and understand customer contracts, project documentation, and insurance paperwork

Understanding of insurance claim processes and customer out-of-pocket obligations

Experience with AccuLynx is a plus

Native or neutral English accent is highly preferred

Ability to learn roofing terminology and industry processes quickly

WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 43,000
