The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Merchandise Coordinator serves as an operational partner to the Lead Merchandiser, ensuring product information, costing, and setup details are accurate and complete while following established processes and Preferred Supplier Agreements.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

Ability to prioritize, multitask, be flexible, and meet deadlines 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 
Add /Remove items from the catalogue 

Log the receipt of item set-up sheets and hi-res images from the vendor accordingly 

Save the setup sheets and images to the proper file 

Make entries to the PDM Grid with all applicable information 

Search to see which catalogues this will affect and be impacted by 

Upon receipt of notification of price changes from a vendor, make necessary updates to the item master file. 

Set up new suppliers upon request in the Vendor Master 

Upon direction of Key Category Buyer, process debits to suppliers for invoice credits related to rebates

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.  

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or product support roles preferred

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal. 

Industry-Specific Knowledge:
Experience utilizing SAGE and/or ESP sourcing platforms (required).

Basic knowledge of working with product images, including resizing, organizing files, and applying simple logo drop renderings.

Ability to attend internal and client meetings, capture accurate notes, and document clear action items.

WHAT WE OFFER 
Salary Range: Php 23,000 - Php 27,000

Job Type: Full-time 

Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
