Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences? We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth onboarding processes for external employees across multiple divisions. This role is a great chance to support our healthcare operations by managing onboarding documentation, compliance requirements, and employee integrations from start to finish.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES 
Attention to Detail: Maintains accuracy in managing employee documentation and compliance requirements.

Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and professionally with employees, vendors, and internal departments.

Confidentiality: Handles sensitive employee information with integrity and professionalism.

Organizational Skills: Manages onboarding processes across multiple divisions with precision.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using HRIS platforms, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Conduct live customer onboarding sessions and product trainings for US-based customers

Lead Romify Hub Admin Trainings and Mobile App End User Trainings

Guide customers through platform setup, event configuration, user management, and best practices

Assist customers in understanding workflows and real-world use cases

Provide clear, professional, and friendly customer communication via Virtual Meetings and email

Support the Customer Support team with entry-level troubleshooting and ticket management

Maintain accurate notes and follow-up documentation in HubSpot

Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, and Technical teams

Help ensure strong customer adoption and positive onboarding experiences

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Associate degree in business, human resources, psychology, or equivalent work experience.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS onboarding, implementation or customer success role

Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple onboarding processes.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Maintains integrity, motivation, and perseverance under pressure.

Proficient in using onboarding systems, spreadsheets, and compliance tracking tools.

Ability to work across multiple divisions with professionalism.

Technical Skills:
Experience working with SaaS platforms

Basic familiarity with HubSpot and/or Salesforce

Experience conducting virtual trainings or onboarding calls

Experience working in fast-paced startup or technology environments

WHAT WE OFFER 
Salary Range: Php 45,000 - Php 48,000

Industry: Software as a Service (SaaS)  

Job Type: Full-time 

Work Shift: 8AM- 5PM CST  

Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
