Hotel Front Desk Agent

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience during their stay. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and guest services.

Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Rotating weekends

Work Location: In person
