Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of their location or financial stability. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in Florida, our passionate changemaker team is looking for an HR and Operations Specialist for our US HR operations. 

Position Overview 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR policies, recruitment, and operational tasks to ensure smooth HR operations across our US operations. This role requires a proactive approach to both human resources management and operational efficiency, supporting internal processes and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. 

Key Responsibilities 

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 

Assist in domestic and international recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires 

Utilize LinkedIn Talent Solutions and professional networks for proactive candidate sourcing 

Support full-cycle recruiting with various interview techniques and evaluation methods 

HR Administration & Employee Management 

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with US labor laws and company policies 

Support performance management processes by assisting with reviews, feedback collection, and performance improvement plans 

Coordinate employee benefits programs and assist employees with related inquiries 

Facilitate employee training sessions and professional development initiatives 

Address employee concerns and escalate issues to HR leadership when necessary 

Support payroll processing by providing necessary personnel data and updates 

Handle employee time-tracking, leave management, and attendance records 

Process Improvement & Compliance 

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies by staying updated on relevant regulations 

Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency across HR and operations 

Assist in audits and inspections by maintaining organized personnel records and compliance documentation 

Support international coordination for global HR initiatives 

Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 

Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources and HR operations 

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and familiarity with social media, databases, and professional networks for talent acquisition 

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including various interview techniques and evaluation methods 

Strong background in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate sourcing 

Solid understanding of US labor legislation and payroll processes 

Excellent interpersonal, technical, and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders 

Familiarity with health & safety regulations, personal data protection laws, and information security procedures 

Proven results influencing stakeholders and displaying improvements 

Ability to work independently. Self-starter, can-do attitude, ability to multitask, time management and prioritize 

Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and operational tools
