Position Title: HR and Talent Acquistion - Recruiter 4

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 9/1/2025

Expected Duration: 4 Months contract

Job Type: Contract and Remote

Pay Range: $45/hr. - $50/hr.

Job Description:

Talent Acquisition Sourcing- Federal and Cleared Specialist

We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Talent Sourcer with specialized experience recruiting for technical roles that have US security clearance requirements. This is a virtual position that will begin as a 3-month contract with the potential to extend on a quarterly basis, up to 18 months.

As a Talent Sourcer you will focus on scouting and sourcing Engineering and Go-to-Market talent that build and sell products to federal customers and government contractors. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record of identifying and engaging hard-to-find competitive talent with US security clearances in technical domains.

Job Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals.
• Screen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
• Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organization.

Required Qualifications:
• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, in a sourcing or recruiting capacity

o OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• 3+ years experience recruiting for technical roles that require US security clearances, including Top Secret and Full Scope Polygraph
• Have a good understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and is able to develop a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines.
• Fluent in advanced sourcing strategies, with proficiency across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Scholar, Hugging Face, ClearanceJobs.com and other open-source communities.
• US Citizenship

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs.com and other sourcing tools, inclusive of creating sourcing strategies.
• Market analytics skills - being able to understand the market for the roles they are hiring for and articulate to recruiters, internal sponsors, and leadership.
• Ability to consistently deliver qualified, calibrated talent-with a target of at least 30 tech-screened candidates for volume pipelines or 15 deeply qualified candidates for more specialized, high-bar roles per month.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
• LinkedIn Certification
• Talent acquisition experience recruiting for roles requiring US security clearances, including Top Secret and Full Scope Polygraph, for a large tech
