Manage day-to-day Human Resources activities for clients and worksite employees. Provide consultation, guidance, and problem resolution within assigned client portfolio.</span></span></span></span><br><br><br><span><span><b><span><span>Roles & Responsibilities:</span></span></b></span></span><ul><li><span><span><span><span><span>Serve as the primary contact for clients’ human resources needs, </span></span><span><span>e</span></span><span><span>nsuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Provide account management for clients as it relates to Prestige services. </span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Oversee other dedicated client resources to ensure coordinated service delivery.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Develop and maintain effective business relationships with clients and brokers. </span></span></span></span></span></li><li class="MsoPlainText"><span><span><span><a><span><span>Conduct client visits (virtual and in-person) to develop and enhance client satisfaction.</span></span></a></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Engage Payroll Specialists, Benefits Specialists, and other internal colleagues as needed to address client and worksite employee needs.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Act as a resource and advisor to clients on human resources matters such as new hire on-boarding, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, progressive discipline, coaching, leave of absence, employee complaints/investigations, and exit strategies/termination.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Manage employee handbook creation, facilitate training initiatives, and support development of clients’ policies and procedures.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Learn and develop competence with all technology applications and other tools necessary to perform the role.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><a><span><span>Conduct PrestigePRO product demonstrations for clients as needed.
Provide product information for technology partners to clients.</span></span></a></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Support human resource processes and procedures to ensure accurate, timely and consistent service delivery to clients.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve problems for clients and worksite employees, including Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, Workers’ Compensation/Risk, Tax, and others.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and newly hired worksite employees.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Foster teamwork and a positive work environment through frequent collaboration with other HR Business Partners, Benefits Specialists, and Payroll Specialists in promoting best practices. </span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Attend HR meetings and participate in HR educational workshops.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Participate in special projects within the HR Client Services department.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Other duties as assigned.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>May need to travel to clients.</span></span></span></span></span></li></ul><span><span><b><span><span>Experience & Qualifications</span></span></b><span><span>: </span></span></span></span><ul><li class="MsoPlainText"><span><span><span><span>PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. </span></span></span></span></li><li class="MsoPlainText"><span><span><span><span>Minimum three years of HR Generalist or related experience. </span></span></span></span></li><li class="MsoPlainText"><span><span><span><span>Previous PEO industry and/or client service delivery experience preferred.</span></span></span></span></li><li class="MsoPlainText"><span><span><span><span>B</span></span><span><span>achelor’s degree (business administration or human resources) preferred.</span></span></span></span></li><li class="MsoPlainText"><span><span><span><span>Broad knowledge of Human Resources including but not limited to General HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Risk Management, Retirement Services, and Client Support.</span></span></span></span></li><li class="MsoBodyText"><span><span><span><span><span>Multi-state compliance experience preferred.</span></span></span></span></span></li></ul><span><span><b><span><span>Specific Skills Needed:</span></span></b></span></span><ul><li class="MsoPlainText"><span><span><span><span><span>Bilingual English/Spanish required</span></span></span></span></span></li><li class="MsoPlainText"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><span>Salesforce</span></font></li><li class="MsoPlainText"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><span>Prism</span></font></li><li class="MsoPlainText">Problem solve</li><li class="MsoPlainText"><span><span><span><span><span>Public speaking and presentation skills.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li class="MsoPlainText"><span><span><span><span><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li class="MsoPlainText"><span><span><span><span><span>Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li class="MsoPlainText"><span><span><span><span><span>Adept at learning new technology.</span></span></span></span></span></li></ul><div class="MsoPlainText"><span><span><span><span><span>Salary range based on experience $80,000 - $95,000</span></span></span></span></span></div>
