ABOUT TERAMIND

Teramind is the global leader in insider threat detection, data loss prevention (DLP), and workforce analytics. Our platform helps enterprise and mid-market organizations monitor, analyze, and secure their most sensitive digital environments, without compromising the employee experience. With a globally distributed team spanning 35+ countries, we’re building the people infrastructure to match our ambitions.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted people partner for business units across the globe. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with managers and leaders to support organizational effectiveness, talent programs, and day-to-day HR operations that scale. You’ll report directly to the Director of HR Operations and be a core contributor to Teramind’s people function as we continue to grow.

This is the right role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and knows how to balance tactical execution with forward-thinking people strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strategic Partnership

Partner with managers and business unit leaders as a reliable HR resource across your assigned client groups

Help translate business objectives into practical people plans supporting workforce planning, org health, and team effectiveness

Coach and advise managers on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and employee development

Use people data and HR metrics to identify trends and support informed decision-making

Talent & Performance

Support performance management cycles including goal-setting, mid-year and annual reviews, feedback loops, and development planning

Help identify capability gaps and build development plans in partnership with managers

Assist with headcount planning and workforce modeling in collaboration with Finance and leadership

Partner with Talent Acquisition on role scoping, leveling, job descriptions, and hiring manager prep

Employee Relations & Culture

Manage employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and appropriate escalation

Serve as a go-to resource for employees navigating performance concerns, workplace conflicts, leave, or policy questions

Support Teramind’s culture and values, especially as we scale a remote, distributed workforce

Help leaders communicate and land organizational changes effectively

People Programs & Operations

Support the rollout and ongoing operation of core people programs: onboarding, engagement surveys, and HRIS tools

Contribute to compensation reviews and benchmarking within assigned client groups

Ensure HR policy compliance and flag jurisdictional nuances to the Director of HR Ops as needed

Drive HRIS adoption within your client groups and help maintain data accuracy

WHAT YOU BRING

4+ years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful time spent in an HRBP or strategic HR advisor role

Experience supporting managers and employees in a high-growth, technology, or SaaS environment

Working knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance; familiarity with remote workforce models

Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations matters with good judgment and appropriate escalation

Comfort using people data and analytics to support and communicate decisions

Experience with HRIS platforms; familiarity with ATS tools (Rippling and Greenhouse a plus)

Strong written and verbal communication — you can write clearly and hold a difficult conversation with confidence

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-CP/PHR, preferred

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or workforce analytics industries

Exposure to globally distributed teams and cross-border HR nuances (EMEA, LATAM)

Background in compensation benchmarking or Total Rewards support

Experience supporting companies through rapid growth or organizational change

WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive base salary + performance bonus

Fully remote — flexible, asynchronous-friendly work environment

High-visibility role with direct access to senior leadership and meaningful strategic scope from day one

A global, mission-driven team working on genuinely hard problems in the security and compliance space
