Job Summary

The HR Business Partner, Senior Manager role strategically aligns HR initiatives with the business goals of Specialized Dental Partners and our Operations team. This role will act as a consultant to the Vice President of Operations, Operations Leaders, and Practice level teammates; and focus on performance management, talent development, resolving employee relations issues, organizational design, and ensuing consistency of HR practices. This position will have a close partnership with leaders across the organization and within the HR department. The HR Business Partner, Senior Manager will report to the Senior Director, HR Business Partner. Travel required as needed (
