Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Manage our ATS (TeamTailor) end-to-end: post roles, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and own the offer process through signed letter

Partner with hiring managers to build structured interview guides, role scorecards, and evaluation rubrics

Source proactively for hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks

Track and report on sourcing channel effectiveness, time to fill, time to hire, and offer acceptance rate

Manage job board and ATS vendor relationships, including billing and feature troubleshooting

Compliance & Risk Management
Monitor federal and state employment law changes affecting our multi-state, remote workforce

Maintain I-9 records and ensure ongoing compliance with employment eligibility verification requirements

Ensure proper worker classification (W-2, 1099, EOR) in coordination with finance and outside counsel when needed

Own and maintain the employee handbook and policy library - keep policies current, clear, and consistently applied

Manage Employer of Record (EOR) vendor relationships for contractor and international placements

HRIS & People Operations
Own the HiBob platform: employee records, onboarding and offboarding workflows, time-off policy configurations, and data integrity

Run new hire onboarding end-to-end: documentation, systems access coordination, 30/60/90-day check-ins

Manage offboarding: exit documentation, exit interviews, COBRA notices, and final pay coordination

Ensure clean, accurate data across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems

What We’re Looking For
Required
3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator — you have done recruiting, compliance, and people ops, not just one of them

Demonstrated experience owning full-cycle recruiting independently, from intake through offer

Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals: FLSA, ADA, FMLA, I-9, and multi-state compliance nuances

Experience as a solo or near-solo HR practitioner in a company of 20–150 people

Proficiency with an ATS and an HRIS platform — you are not afraid of new tools and can figure them out quickly

Strong written and verbal communication — you can write a clear policy, a compassionate employee email, and an executive-ready report

Preferred
Experience with TeamTailor (our ATS) or HiBob (our HRIS)

Background in professional services, consulting, tech, or a similarly fast-paced environment

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification — or active pursuit of one

Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements and contractor classification considerations

Experience supporting a distributed, remote-first workforce across multiple states

This Is Not the Right Role If You…
Need significant direction and a detailed playbook to operate — we will give you context and trust, not micromanagement

Are looking primarily for HR administration support work — this role requires judgment, not just execution

Are looking for a role that will grow to full-time in the near term — we intend this to remain part-time for the foreseeable future (though we are open to revisiting as the company grows)

Benefits:
Fully remote

Flexible Schedule

Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)

Paid parental/bereavement leave

Worldwide recognized clients to build skills for an excellent resume

Top-notch team to learn and grow with

Salary: 25 - 35 USD / Hourly
