Company:
Windsor.ai (part of team.blue) has been founded in 2017 in Zürich, Switzerland. We are a fast-growing SaaS company helping marketing and revenue teams unify, analyze, and activate data across platforms.
At Windsor.ai, we are growing fast. We connect data from 300+ sources (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, TikTok) to 30+ destinations (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, BigQuery, Snowflake, and LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude). We have a lean, hyper-efficient team that punches way above its weight, serving over 6,000 customers globally. Our customers include Puma, Audi, UBS, Asics and many more.

Role:
We are looking for an HR Lead to own and scale the people function at Windsor.ai. This is a hands-on and standalone role where you will partner closely with founders and managers to build strong people foundations, support rapid growth, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to performance, engagement, and retention—while ensuring compliant, people-first HR practices.

Your responsibilities:
People Strategy
Own and execute the company’s HR strategy aligned with business goals

Work closely with leadership to support people, culture, and organizational design needs

Build scalable HR processes suitable for a growing, distributed SaaS company

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Lead hiring strategy in partnership with hiring managers

Drive efficient, high-quality recruitment processes across tech and non-tech roles

Strengthen Windsor.ai’s employer brand and candidate experience

Performance, Development & Culture
Design and manage performance review and feedback cycles

Support managers with goal setting, coaching, and people development

Foster a strong company culture based on ownership, transparency, and collaboration

HR Operations & Compliance
Own HR policies, employee handbook, documentation and administrative tasks

Ensure compliance with local employment laws across supported regions

Manage contracts, payroll partners, benefits, and HR tools

Handle employee relations topics with empathy and professionalism

Employee Experience
Lead onboarding and offboarding processes

Drive employee engagement, feedback, and retention initiatives

Act as the main point of contact for employees on HR-related matters

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in HR or People roles, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or startup environment

Experience as a standalone HR Lead or in a small People team

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

Hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Right to work
At any stage please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the European country you are applying for. Unfortunately, we are unable to support Sponsorship Visas.
